What's Included
The Drive-By Appraisal includes an exterior inspection of the home — our appraiser visits the property, photographs all exterior elevations, and measures the home from the outside. A detailed analysis of comparable sales and active listings in the area is then conducted. Market-derived adjustments are applied for all onsite amenities visible from the exterior. The final report includes market analysis, photos of the subject and comparable sales, a location map, plat map, and the final value conclusion. Typically delivered 1–2 business days after the inspection.
