ASAP Appraisal
This real estate appraisal product was developed to provide an accurate and quick evaluation of a home. This is performed by a certified/licensed real estate appraiser and is an actual appraisal. There is no inspection required (photos and notes about the home are submitted). This product is delivered (GUARANTEED) within one to two business days of order placement. This is the most efficient real estate appraisal product on the market. Its a quick less expensive option, however still provides an accurate and thorough desktop appraisal.
First step is the ordering of the real estate appraisal. Once the order is placed we will call and schedule an appt for the inspection. The inspection is performed by a real estate appraiser and takes appx. 1 hour but can vary depending on size and complexity of the home. After inspection the report is typically delivered in 2-4 business days depending on the complexity of the report it may take longer.
